TCL 55" Class NXTVISION TV QLED 4K Smart Google TV and Flush Wall Mount (New 2024) - Art TV, Matte Anti-Glare Screen, 120Hz - 55A300W

We selected this model for the anti glare screen and for excellent performance in bright light. Our room is full of windows. We mounted it on a TV lift, but it is not made for that. The TV is very heavy and has non standard mounting, but we made it work. It was a little too pricey, but was the right size and had great brightness and anti glare features. We like the gui software and remote control. We send the audio to our surround stereo and that takes care of the sound quality. We cast content from our computers and pads. I use Bluetooth headphones which work great. It fits our needs and works very well.

I love love the picture option and color of the tv frame. But I must have gotten a lemon in regards to sound bc it's awful. No choice but to buy a speaker system.

The picture is so clear it looks like what is on the screen is in the same room. like you could walk into the screen.

Let me start by saying my wife is not a fan of having a TV in the living room; however, opened up to it when I got a Samsung Frame TV. Maybe if this was our 1st frame TV, I would have rated it higher; but we have something to compare it to (replaced our Frame TV after 6 years of use). The TCL does not stay in picture mode the whole time the TV is "off" nor does it have motion sensors to come on when someone walks into the room. It does not lay flat against the wall due to the power cord. We replaced it with a different power cord so that it'd lay flat and had "hot TV" issues; so, we are back to using the cord that came with the TV. I would like it if I could bypass the Google screen and/or art mode screen when I turn on the TV (just an inconvenience-not an issue). The problem with Fire TV stick resolved itself; we can now consistently use our Fire remote to control the TV (knock on wood). My wife, to say the least, is displeased with this TV, and I have seen her looking at the Samsung Frame TVs but she is trying to give this one a chance since the price is lower than Samsung's.

Hard pass! We have had the TV for 3 months and it will turn off while watching the TV, lag, we have tried all the troubleshooting. 2 weeks after the Walmart return window of 90 days, everything has stopped working, now I am out $700 and hoping TCL will do something. I will never buy electronics from Walmart again. So upset and they are so unhelpful. I should've gone with Costco.

I ordered this giant tv online and I will never do that again. It never worked. All I got was a pale blue screen which online said could be a glitch with input,loose HDMI,firmware,etc. It was disappointing and a pain to repackage it and seal it up. The ONLY good thing is the free Fed Ex home pick up and the great customer service when I had an issue with a phone number situation. I also feel like the tv was maybe returned before.

Don't buy this tv from Walmart. It came missing a bracket and can't hang on wall. Walmart didn't help at all.

I didn't receive my product. However Walmart was very helpful, it was on UPS.
