Lightweight, easy to set up and great picture. Don't like that it doesn't have place to hook up external antenna.
The tv apparently was damaged during delivery and Walmart made very easy for me the refund process. So at the end it was very relieving for me knowing that I wasn't going to lose my money.
Had the TV hooked up 2/14. Great picture and sound. Very pleased. My only complaint was it was delivered to my home. I had received emails stating delivery would be delayed a day. The guys delivered it a day earlier and I was not home. My neighbor notified me that she could see this large TV from the road. She had to get in my house and put the TV safely inside.
Best picture I've seen on a tv at the price i paid. Very easy to set up.
Reasonable price and delivery was fast!
excellent picture out of the box
Very clear, vibrant color, deep blacks, and fast and responsive especially for gaming. Noticed it sometimes looks off/stuttery with vintage cartoons is the only reason for 4.5/5 stars. Sound is clear and dynamic too. If you can get it under $600 and need a HDR 120hz TV somewhere between a OLED and LED with decent sound this is a great choice.
Well, there were a couple of damaged spots on the box after first inspection. Most likely from shipping. After removing the TV from the box, I inspected the areas around the damaged spots and found no issues. I installed the feet on the TV and placed it on the table. I removed all of the protective plastic coating and looked over for any imperfections. The pictures show what I found. My biggest concern is that at a later date with these being open like that, dirt could settle and get into some of the electronics causing issues. Not sure if I want to go through the trouble of a return right now, but I did purchase the extended warranty anyway for just such a case. As far as the picture quality goes, I have my concerns. I will need to play around with the settings but at first look, something doesn't look right to me. Colors are bright and clear, but it is almost like the people were "video game" looking. It says in the description that this is 4K but no where on the box does it say that. If for some reason over the next few days I am not happy with it, I think I will return it and spend a little extra for a bigger name. The big thing is refresh rate. 120 hertz (or higher) is what I am looking for, but it seems now a days the bigger name companies want too much. Walmart has nothing to do with the quality so I don't fault them.
Never got it. Wont buy big ticket delivery items again from Walmart.
The TV arrived damaged... The box was damaged, the inner packaging was fine, but the screen of the TV was absolutely wrecked...... it won't even show anything besides the damage and a few colored lines....
