TCL 55” Class S5 (55S551G) 4K UHD HDR LED Smart TV with Google TV (NEW 2024)

While I haven't used the tv yet it was a newer model with improved back lighting that fit my needs. I checked many reviews on the tv and I'm sure I'll be satisfied with my purchase

This is the 2nd TCL I've bought within a year. It replaced our old dumb tv in our bedroom. It has a great picture and easy to set up. Now I can stream Youtube, Netflix and Prime videos. Best bang for the buck, highly recommend this TV.

"Missing a part of the stand. I could see the box and been opened and resealed- poorly. I was going to return it immediately but knew it may not fit in my car. We opened it and the TV appeared to be fine. Then when we tried to assemble it, we discover one ""foot"" or base is missing. I can only assume a previous customer had purchased and returned this TV. We decided to avoid returning it

It was what I wanted. The only issue I had was that it wasn't available in store, wasn't available for ship to store and your delivery company is the worst.

Tv was didnt appear broken until I turned it on, screen is blacked out. Scheduled pickup for return twice, tv still hasnt been picked up. Overall dissatisfied with this purchase and the delivery/return process.

This was a total waste of money. The TV arrived in horrible condition, clearly not brand new. Parts were loose, packaging looked tampered with, and it was obvious no one at Walmart cares about what gets shipped out. This is the second TV I've bought from Walmart that showed up messed up — I should've learned my lesson the first time. And don't even bother with their customer service. The employee and manager were both useless and rude. No help, no accountability, just attitude. I don't have time to deal with incompetent people who don't even try to fix the issue. From now on, I'll buy everything from Amazon. At least they know how to treat customers and ship things properly. Walmart has completely lost my trust — and my business.i talked to Ralph who didn't want to help me to compensate me and then I asked for a manager and Princess P. A manager showed up and she was USELESS!!!! Worse manager I have ever talked to! I'll write about her to their corporate office for sure! Walmart is a fraud!

TV DID NOT WORK??? DID NOT TURN ON WITH REMOTE OR OFF ON BUTTON!!!RETURNED BY FEDEX ON FRIDAY ITS SUNDAY STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND!!!

this is how it got to me, i think it must of been the delivery people not handling the item the proper way
