TCL 65" Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Smart Roku TV – 65S455

We've had a 50” tcl before and thought it was a great tv; therefore we upgraded to this bigger one. Great size and not too heavy for the wall! Very crisp and clear picture; we use regularly with gaming systems and usb hard drives. Easy to connect to internet. Only complaint is the screws seem a little small for using a wall mount so we will be buying bigger ones. However, this did come with a stand too. Great tv for the price!

i love the performance of these tvs. ive bought 4 and 1 was a lemon. i should have returned it right away. But all the others have been great and you can't beat Walmart's price on their 65 inch. i have noyhing bad to say abiut these tvs. and im a tough critic.

I like the fact that is huge . Clear picture . Apps are on it very easy set up you won't be disappointed. First time buying this brand and I love it great price great quality .

Great price and made it convenient so I didn't have to shop at various stores then haul it all the way. The box is huge and to have to transport it home in our vehicle required removing from box.

Has a great picture. Hooked up to my internet easily. Supposed to be able to hook up to my Alexa and control it with same but it will not connect. I paid extra for this so I am very disappointed.

Tv showed up on time and in perfect working condition. Has a great picture for the price and I love the Roku interface. Unfortunately it quick working on the 4th week of having it. It will not even turn on. Tried all the online advice and still no tv. Had to turn to the TCL customer service for support. Hoping for a good outcome. Taking a chance if you choose to purchase this model.

TV arrived damaged. I sent it back, and asked for a replacement at least twice during chat sessions with Walmart reps. I was told that I couldn't request a replacement until the TV was received. When the TV was received, I got a message that a refund was issued. I initiated another chat requesting a replacement instead of a refund, and was informed that wasn't possible. Apparently, I was lied to in the previous chat sessions.

Slowly removed the protective edge tape and cover from the television. In the process of removing the tightly applied taping from the top, a tear must have been created. From that corner there is a crack in the television screen. It is now turning black along the crack. There are notes everywhere to be careful with the screen. Why would the manufacturer put the tape so tightly on the screen? It's ruined.

Delivered with a shattered screen. Very disappointing. Had to wait over a week for delivery and then he got delivered broken.

Just received the TV in the mail. I bought it while it was on sale and it came completely cracked. I was offered no exchange and no resolution. Very disappointing.
