FedEx delivered the TV with care. I love the picture quality, which is excellent for the price. The speakers are in the rear of the TV, so I purchased a soundbar for a cleaner and better sound experience.

This is so easy to use and does such a great job fast! I won't be at the dry cleaners no time soon!

Great experience this far, Walmart delivery was great, surprised tv came undamaged. Had tv for about two weeks now.

Good Graphics, can be a bit slow though

Delivery process was smooth and fast. unit arrived damaged though. return and refund process was also easy and issue-free.

Box was damaged in transit. Frame bent from forks or was shipped on side. Very flimsy box. Took back to Walmart for credit. Watch out, if you purchase a warranty at time if purchase, you will not get a refund from Walmart, you have to jump through hoops. Don't know if the TV would have been good since UPS delivered.

I ordered a 65 inch TCL TV and a wall mounting bracket for it!!! I requested for both to be delivered to my house at the same time simply because I have scheduled the installation for the day after. WAL-MART agent on the phone assured me I would get the TV and Wall mount brackets on time!!! The TV was 48 hours late and I had to reschedule the installation 4 different times and then I had to cancel it completely!!! Walmart driver delivered my missing wall brackets to a wrong address!!! So instead of Walmart expediting the brackets and send them overnight; they will answer me I 10 working days if they have decided to ship me a replacement for the brackets!!! This is obviously the best Walmart they can do when their drivers deliver orders to the wrong address!!!!
