Used it this morning after it arrived. Followed instructions and once ready tried it. Keeps my legs perfectly aligned and is really comfortable the fabric on the casing is cool to the Touch and feels super soft and smooth against my inner thighs. The discomfort I had between my knees is gone, and the band keeps the pillow in place when I'm switching from right to left without needing to grab it and replace it each time. I love it and would definitely get a second one and would recommend.. the removable casing so you're able to wash it and keep it clean is a plus loved how easy it was to remove and put it back on as I was testing the capabilities of removing it and putting it on again

It makes a HUGE difference to have the added strap to put over the leg and keep pillow in place. Takes a while to get used to but 100 times better on the back and neck and hips. YEAH

I never thought I'd become someone with strong opinions about a knee pillow, but here we are. This thing is a game-changer. It's perfectly shaped to keep my legs in line, and honestly, it's the closest I'll ever get to having my knees hugged all night (which is apparently something I needed?). The memory foam strikes a weirdly perfect balance between firm and cozy, and those breathable holes actually work. Who knew leg ventilation was a thing? Bonus points for the washable cover—it survived both my clumsiness and my coffee spill, so it's already outperformed most of my other life decisions. If your sleep posture is a mess like mine was, do yourself a favor and grab this. Just don't get too attached—it's a knee pillow, not a personality.

It is a firmer than my previous knee. Therefore it doesn't give in or isnt soft at all, but with use I believe it will soften up some.

This is a great little knee pillow. Only thing is that I wish it had a little more support. Quick delivery. Would recommend.

I bought this because I have significant leg pain at night. I wanted a pillow that would stay in place while I slept and not slide from under my body. The strap fixes this issue. I am also overweight and had no issue with the strap fitting over my leg. It was actually quite loose. When I unboxed the pillow, it seemed very flat and did not look like the photos at all. Give it a little time to puff up and it will. Overall, the pillow serves its purpose and I am satisfied; however, my only gripe is the fabric itself. It is NOT cooling fabric by any means. If you are prone to sweating or heat at night, you will notice it. I wish they would either make a pillow with cooling fabric or even create a cooling pillow case to fit it.

Product looks very nice, I liked the washable zipped cover on it, but it was too bulky and firm for me.

The pillow is very thick which makes your legs very far apart. It does not make your hip and knee and back align like it says. The pillow is so thick that your knee is so high, its very uncomfortable. I have to return it and I found a flatter smaller memory foam pillow that is just the correct height and aligns everything just right and I sleep much better. Again this pillow doesn't give you the correct posture for your knees.

Tha support will not work for me as the strap that holds it to my leg is NOT adjustable. I toss and turn a lot and I don't see it working for me. The one I used in therapy had an adjustable strap.
