actually the lounge is exactly as described. very sturdy. easy installation and even a rubber mallet included. lays flat as described. nice storage bag so you can disassemble at the end of outdoor season and store nicely. i was a little skeptical when purchasing but it turned out fine.

The chairs are very sturdy %26 comfortable. Our guests really liked the drink %26 phone holders. A negative is that the back section (which adjusts to different seating positions) keeps popping out of place and has to be hammered back in each time.

Look nice and great for the price and shipped quickly. You will definitely need a cushion because they are hard and we are concerned how the plastic will age. But so far so good!

We love the loungers HOWEVER, the pieces that arrived for assembly are different colors. The back is a different color from the seat portion, and a different color from the leg portion. - it doesn't change how they work but esthetically, it's not good!

When you move it it comes apart, hurt my leg, scratched my shin from below knee to top of foot. If it stayed attached when you move it I would love it, I like how it feels, I want to return the other one since having this trouble, actually want to return both for what I paid to find something more stable.

Absolute junk. We read the reviews, and most were great, but just FYI, the chairs are terrible quality. We had them for two days and sold them for $200, so we lost $169. When we sold them, we went to help the buyers load them, and they were falling apart. It was one of the worst purchases we've ever made. Do not pay attention to the good reviews. Save your money and buy something of better quality. It's worth it to pay a little more.

I placed the order with Walmart since they are a reputable company. However, the chairs did not come with instructions and was very difficult to assemble. When I tried returning to Walmart the next day, they would not take it back and said I have to go back to the manufacturer (in China). The manufacturer would not accept the return and did not care that it was impossible to put together.

Plastic is flimsy could be broken very easily after I set them up we quickly discovered that they wouldn't last long so we took them apart and packaged them back up tried to return them but never got a response even after trying to contact the seller 3 times

Chairs are terrible! Back is always snapping off! Do not stay together and back of chair rest falls down when in sitting position! Junk! Do not buy! I'm trying to get a refund!

The back of the chair falls off repeatedly. We didn't even bother to put the other one together as it goes together so hard and the back then doesn't stay on. Customer service has yet to answer my inquiry regarding a return.
