I have been using this product for a couple of years. I am a 27 year old male, I find that the mens version, only available in Medium/Large are to big since my waist is about 31 inches. These work just fine for me, they provide enough coverage in the front. They work really well in the day, and could be used during the night. They are very comfortable and absorbent, and have very good odor control. This underwear does not become loose and fall off after wearing for longer periods of time, they always stay put and snug on your body. I would recommend this product to anyone, men or women, who are looking for a product that is super reliable, discrete, and comfortable throughout the day. If you are active, need a pull up style underwear that absorbs a good amount of liquid then these will work for you. I have included some photos of the product in new condition out of the package to show how well they are constructed.
These are great they hold water well, the only issue I have is that they could be wider in crouch area to prevent leakage from the sides
Finally pull ups that fit without the extra material on the legs and behind. Will I be charged postage with recurring purchases? I really like them best of all I've tried. Maxine
These are the best overnight underwear I have tried. I have tried a lot of different kinds. That is why I purchased such a large amount of them. Plus, it was such a good buy.
Cheaper protective underwear is availabe, but thr qualty is also cheaper. The extra mony spent is woth it for the quality and comfort Tena provide. Definitely re-order.
They are thick enough to last all night i have MS and bedridden --have electric wheelchair so when i wake up after 8 to 10 hours to have nurse get these off she said it keeps me dry next to skin which helps so i don't get infection. Best underwear for overnight use i could find .
Most comfortable I've worn. Both the softness of the material and the fantastic wicking that occurs when wet make these underwear the best in the industry in my opinion. I actually tried 11 different brands in my journey, so have found a multitude of different options none as good as Tena.
The underwear is extremely well made and comfortable. HOWEVER for me it doesn't work. So I wear the overnight sensitive 24/7. It's very comfortable and more practical for me. OVERALL TRNA PRODUCTS ARE THE BEST AROUND AND I EONT BE CHANGING BRANDS
I prefer a local store's own brand, but currently there is a problem with supplier. The Tena size Small/Medium is tight, but I know that the large size is too big. The underwear don't come up very far. I do not understand this nonsence about pretty, disposable underwear. Why would any woman care if her throw away panties are pretty? Clearly there are a lot of women who have a major problem with being vain. Sadly most people of both genders reach the age when the bladder stops working as well as it did in younger years. My only concern about disposable underwear is that they fit comfortably and do the job for which they are designed.
i was so excited to find a diaper addressing the nightly leaK issue in the back. until i wore them for a few nights! seems tena forgot that when u add xtra stuffing, u need to adjust the size?! That was a struggle every nite - so they should start adding a little xtra room, or adjust their sizing on the bag at least! but at least it didnt leak!
