Terry Naturally Healthy Ligaments & Tendons - 60 Capsules

Ordered this for a recently pulled lateral collateral. ligament of the knee. I wanted to wait at least a week before reviewing. The delivery was timely. Packaging was good. The directions suggest 2 capsules daily. The capsules are medium - large in size. After 1 week, I do feel they have helped and the pain when walking has lessened, so I am thinking the ligament is on its way to healing. In addition to this supplement I did apply heat nightly and wrapped the knee with a compression ace bandage during the day for added support. The ace bandage I felt played a role in quicker healing because I feel it limited motion in the knee and lessened the likelihood of re injury to the healing process. In summary I am pleased with the purchase %26 would likely purchase again if needed.

This product was recomended to me for my knee %26 I do believe it has helped make it stronger! I hopeful it just gets better %26 better. Only bad thing is its SO Big %26 might give some people problems swallowing.

Taking it for a short time, but it does seem to really help.
