The Biggest Loser Workout, Vol. 2 [DVD]

I participated in several of the programs on Exercise On Demand and it motivated me to order the CD. I use the CD three times a week and it has started working for me. I am fitting in my size 20 pants again and my goal is to reach size 12. I feel I am going to make it.

as a certified fitness instructor, taking someone elses class is good for a change. these biggest loser workouts are awesome. the workouts are easy to modify for beginners and the advanced workouts can be tough.

It is a great workout! This workout is a challenge but if you are able to stick with it you will soon be able to tell a difference in your body and the way you feel.

I love the biggest loser and I love this workout dvd. It really gets my heart pumping and myself sweating! I would definitely recommend this dvd to anyone who is trying to conquer the battle of the bulge:)

It is well worth the money! You will be sweating and be in pain! the good kind of pain, from a great workout!

All in all this was a good dvd. The only issues that i had with it was that they don't stay on beat with the music and the trainers stop and then start again on a different beat than everyone else, leaving you to try and change beats. But being able to customize your own workout was great. If you want to do weight training one day and cardio the next it's perfect.

I bought this product over a month ago and have loved using it. If you want a good inner thigh workout this tape will give it to you. The only downside to this workout is that you'll need several items to really follow along with the tape - hand weights, stability ball, and a smaller hand held weighted ball.

I have the Biggest Loser 1 DVD and was psyched to purchase the second when it finally showed up at our Wal-Mart. I love Bob's portions of the DVD - he is an encouraging instructor whose tone is smooth and his exercises are well timed, but I have a hard time watching Kim. It is obvious that she is good at what she does, but she talks all the time (tries to be overly encouraging and it's annoying if that makes sense) and it seems like some of her exercises are rushed. In addition, they switch back and forth between Bob and Kim, which is more often than not awkward and even the former contestants who are demonstrating appear lost at times. I love the fact that the workouts use props like the stability ball and fitness balls and you can actually customize your workout. It's a nice addition to the first DVD, although the workouts aren't nearly as challenging as I expected - almost a dumbed down version of the first. Overall, this DVD does offer a good workout so if you're considering it don't let my words discourage you (another man's treasure and all that). I continue to use the DVD, although I sometimes skip Kim's portions.
