It helped me sleep but then I was very, very sick the next day. I tried three times in case it was something else but it happened all three times. I threw the rest away.

Don't waste your money!! I got off schedule do to my son being off school for Christmas break and tried these patches, they do not work in the slightest and its a hassle to get them to stay on! even after wiping with an alcohol pad and letting it dry.
