The Friendly Patch Snoozzze 8 Count, Sleep Patch Sleep Aid will Enable a Good Night Sleep

they are OKAY-ISH......if you normally sleep fine these will probably be a traquilizer to you. I put on 2 as someone who has very high difficulty with sleep and I was still up 3 hrs later. I left them on and woke up groggy after 6 hrs asleep.....that being sai my wife used 1 patch went out in 15 minutes and slept for 12 hrs straight so thats the review

I've been using these the past 2 nights to help me sleep. I struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep. Both nights I fell asleep in less than an hour. The 2nd night was better than the first, but both nights I noticed an increase in staying asleep, decrease in how many times I woke up and if I did wake up, I fell right back to sleep versus being up for hours . Don't waste your money!! I got off schedule do to my son being off school for Christmas break and tried these patches, they do not work in the slightest and its a hassle to get them to stay on! even after wiping with an alcohol pad and letting it dry.
