The Ginger People is a very good brand. I use both fresh ginger and the Ginger People bottled ginger for cooking and in my smoothies. It's great for stir-fries, curries, marinades, dressings, soups, jams, chutneys, teas/syrup using a strainer, smoothies, and fruit juices. This bottled jar of organic ginger has a good taste that's milder compared fresh ginger. It's very quick, convenient, and easy to use. It's labeled as Organic Minced Ginger, but has the consistency of a ginger paste. This organic ginger can be stored on a shelf, but must be refrigerated after opening.p Ginger has many health benefits: it's good for nausea, digestion, pain, inflammation, immune support, cardiovascular health, helps lower fat accumulation in the liver, and improves liver enzymes. I also like that it doesn't contain any questionable ingredients.

YES, I found a jar of ginger. Finally. I use half teaspoon in my fridge water with lemon and cucumber for a healthy liver friendly drink, all day long. I can also use it in my tofu when I create Chinese dishes. FINALLY a ginger I can find and use

This is tasty. I wish your word processor would automatically capitalize the first word of every sentence. Not that I am lazy, but because I am spoiled.

Finally gave up believing i"d use the fresh ginger before it withered in the vegetable bin and bought the fresh grated. So easy to just open the jar and drop a bit into my tea or soup or stir fry or lemon water!

i like ginger but generally don't like using a grater. i am pleased with this product. there is a pleasant taste and scent of the ginger that has added flavor to a ginger honey cake, tea and Chinese dishes. a little goes a long way.

no where near sushi ginger is what i got this substituted for oh naw not even the same thing please dont do this again on my orders
