Sturdy holder for GoPro! Arrived fast. No issues

Will be perfect for underwater use mainly because it floats and is visible with the orange handle tip. The rubber of the handle has a non-slip feel about it which is also helpful along with wrist strap. However, for smaller hands it is quite bulky to hold and could perhaps have been a few millimetres thinner, also it is quite long - maybe this could have been a few cm's shorter too (thinking space in rucksacks for transportation too). Overall though, a good buy.

I thought the product is ready to use. The pictures shows a camera mounted on the product but this is misleading. You need the other mount which connects the camera to the floating handle. Now I have to order again paying the transport. They had to mention that the mount is not included and should be purchased separately

I used this accessory to bring my GoPro with me on open water swims and kayaking trips, either clipped to the kayak or stuffed into my swim trunks. Unfortunately on a recent kayak supported swim the camera housing detached from the handler as I flipped the kayaking while getting on board. While the floating stick was still clipped to the kayak the camera housing with the camera inside had detached.... I am pretty sure the camera was well connected to the handler but of course impossible to check or verify. Thinking how to add an additonal layer of security in the future, e.g. by protecting the detachable clip with a layer of duct tabpe etc....

I bought a ten, package with year prescription and additional battery and gopro. Gopro quick asks me to pay for a year charge that I already paid for, reaching for Pro was difficult. Would love some twxh support and if I paid don't auto require I pay for the year. Not helpful and so confusing.

I am so so disturbed by this. I had an order and gave the address for them to deliver and they could not deliver it. They delivered another order to the front house last time and I am just glad I got it. Please HELP!

Could not use because it does not come with the mount just the handle. I was traveling and wanted the floating grip and the picture shows that there is a mount, but in reality it does not. Will return.

Does not come with the quick release plate for the gopro to attach it to. You need to buy a separate quick release mount for this handle to attach gopro. Pictures are not as advertised.

Concerning the GoPro AFHGM-003 Handler Floating Hand Grip. I've had one of GoPro's previously designed floating handles for quite a few years, but had to get a new one due to damage to the wrist strap. So two weeks ago I purchased GoPro's newly designed handle (GoPro AFHGM-003 Handler Floating Hand Grip) , last minute for a trip I was going on to Costa Rica. I'm disappointed to say that within the first two hours of using this new floating grip, my GoPro Hero 7 Black, which I've had for 4 years, became dislodged from the new floating grip's snap-mount connection and fell into the Costa Rican river rapids, never to be seen again. My previous GoPro Floating Grip used the thumb screw connection, for a secure connection, where the GoPro Camera could not break free. I'm disappointed that the new design, allows for the camera to fairly easily become dislodged from the Floating Grip, due to the snap-mount connection they now use. Why, specifically for a floating grip, which is specifically made/purchased to help “save” your non-floating GoPro camera from sinking in the water if dropped, etc., would this floating grip be designed to be able to be so easily dislodged from the non-floating camera. Case-in-point, my GoPro Hero 7 Black and all my photos/videos are now at the bottom of a Costa Rican river, while I'm now back in the USA, even after I purchased this floating grip specifically to prevent this.

I was so excited to use the gopro on holiday after months of lockdown, it had never been backed up due to the lack of danger in our own flat but had recorded many video diaries of special memories from the days with my fiance of the highs and lows. I will forever be kicking myself for not backing up these cherished memories.. but having been stuck inside for so long all I had was excitement to record moments on holiday. I bought the floating handler and from the good reviews felt the gopro would be completely safe. After 10 minutes into the first trip using the floaty handle in the sea when paddle boarding it got knocked off when I fell off into the water.. I didn't feel or see it go, I only realised when I got back on and the handle was all that was left securely tied around my wrist.. this has cost me the gopro HERO8 black but worse still the memories it held. I would not recommend as I had securely fitted the gopro before the activity.. it is not as safe as a float on the case which I wish I had bought instead. I didn't think 2020 could get any worse.
