The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD - Nintendo Switch [Digital]

I love Zelda games, ever since I played the first one for the original NES. I prefer the open world like BOTW or TOTK. I am only 30 mins into the game. Getting used to controls and new layout. Overall, I like this game. It's Zelda but more “cartoony” than the other 2 games previously mentioned.

So far skyward sword has been very fun. The updated graphics are timeless and the controls are intuitive. It's nice that you have the option to play either button only or with motion controls. The game is a natural evolution of previous 3d Zelda games. My only complaint is the price is high for a game that's essentially 15 years old at this point but that's typical of first party Nintendo games.

played the original and was really looking forward to playing it again. this was $40 on sale so i couldn't pass it up. The code came in a second email about 5 minutes after the order confirmation. honestly not even im just impatient lol

Code arrived within fifteen minutes and worked perfectly. I'm really enjoying the game so far. The motion controls are a little dodgy while flying, but for combat, they work great. Being able to quickly toggle motion controls on and off at any time is great because it lets me experiment with both control schemes whenever I want. I do find myself having to re-center the gyro frequently, though I suspect my old Joy-Cons are to blame rather than the game. Either way, it's a quick and easy fix. This is a great way to buy this game, and I highly recommend it.

I am very disappointed. I thought I was purchasing a cartridge to give as a gift. I wasn't aware that there were such things as "ethereal downloads" sold by Walmart. I find out a number is emailed to me and the gift is non-returnable. I don't think this item is properly labeled on the website and was mislead in my purchase. Beware when buying games. The loss will be yours.
