I have used this item before. Tomato powder isn't something you would think of as a staple, until you have a recipe that asks you to open a can of tomato paste just for 1 tablespoon. Adding a little bit of this to chicken soup also enhances the flavor without raising the salt content. I have bought quite a few spices from the spice way over the years, and I am delighted to be able to find this item through Walmart.

So convenient. Love that salt is not an ingredient, therefore, can be used to make my own tomato soup, sauce, etc and season it to our taste. Also, SOOOO much easier than storing several cans of sauce and other tomato products. Great value!

Great taste! Use this to add an extra tomato punch without having to open a can of paste or sauce. Great value for the money. The resealable pouch is convenient. I pour some in a spice jar and keep it with my other spices, for ease of use.

I have already made my pizza dry mix with the tomato powder. Waiting for another day to use sauce on homemade pizza.

This is a really great product to use, especially if you just want to impart tomato flavor but don't want to open a can. I saw a recipe using and decided to try it. Got rave reviews and it worked as described.

Very good. Not quite the tang of Alabama tomatoes but still a very nice flavor.
