The Spice Way brand never disappoints
I've been using mustard seeds more often and for more than just pickling. I make honey mustard coleslaw and the mustard seeds add a nice lil pop. Having fresh mustard seeds make all the difference when using in cooking and The Spice Way brand never disappoints. I like the resealable bags but I prefer to store the seeds in a jar because if any seeds get in the seal it won't seal tight. But I like the the quality and freshness of this brand.

Quality eye of newt the bag was free from impuritys like small sticks and things of that nature smell of natural mustard is intriguing
