i bought this set for my kids. They are play badminton and the coach asked for the resistance band. so we bought this set. The set has quite a few accessories for different scenarios like door, or for legs. I just hooked it through my door. Initially my kids were in 1 st band, after almost a month, they now move to the second band. I am happy with the purchase as they build some muscles.
