Fantastic product for sprained ankle/ligament issue. Very snug and wraps the foot and ankle in a cold compress. I have a migraine “hat” by this company and it too is great. It is a wearable brace that happens to be cooling for inflammation. Even after the cool wears off in a sitting, it is still a helpful snug brace … until you freeze it again! Highly recommend

I think this item is expensive but after repeated injury to my ankles and need to ice them both over night often, this sleeve is fantastic and makes it so easy to sleep with it on. No Velcro or flaps, just smoothe and easy to get on and off. Perfect temp, in my opinion. Cold feeling lasts about 20-30min which is quite good.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST HEEL/ANKLE PAIN and swelling reducer. I plan to buy another just in. ase something happens to this one. I stand behind this product cause it reduces the amount of pain meds I need for my heel/ankle. Grateful this is available and low price. Make one for the wrist too would ya? 👍👍👍👍

Loved this product due to it being so easy to use because it is difficult to ice my ankle as it just does not conform to regular ice packs. Best product ever!

Love this ice pack! It's the perfect sleeve for icing your ankle. It starts off super cold and cools down over 15 mins which is max time you should be icing for at a time. Highly recommend.

Purchased this for my husband after his ankle replacement. We had other ice packs but he LOVES this one! He keeps bragging about it and saying how much he likes it. No straps or Velcro. It slips right on like a glove!

Cold all the way around my ankle takes the swelling down. Is easy to put on. If you don't want it to be real cold you can put it in the refrigerator and it's still cold enough to help.

it feels very good over my foot ankle from surgery, however it only stays cold about ten minutes.

Using this is much easier than trying to wrap a regular ice pack around your foot or ankle. I do like this ankle sleeve and definitely easier and more comfortable. The only improvement is that when using for cold, I wish it stayed a little colder for longer period of time.
