Orthomen Gel Ankle Brace Stirrup Ankle Splint for Sprains and Strains, Universal

I broke my left fibula a few weeks ago. This splint is allowing me to play golf, before I get the OK from my doctor. I'm 68 and stupid, but the splint is better than a medical boot! 🤓🤓

I had surgery on my ankle, and there are times when it gets too painful. I used this brace before when I had to have surgery on the other foot and it works really well with the support that you need.

I was prescribed these from my doctor due to swelling from old sprains. My doctor said that the normal stretchy ankle braces will not immobilize my ankle sufficiently to allow it to heal. My ankle feels tremendous this morning with this support! The product true to its description!

Very good for tre ligaments and injury breaks.So much support for my unstable foot.This is so comfortable.

So this arrived in a clear plastic bag inside a plain white box. It's okay but I think it's overpriced for getting just 1 brace. I also didn't see any way to order extra gel inserts in case one springs a leak so it'll be expensive and wasteful if you end up having to throw the entire thing out. It's not easy to walk around in and there really isn't much in the way of instructions so I'm pretty sure I put it on wrong. I wouldn't buy this as a gift though as it'll probably look like you spent less than you did. It kind of looks like something they'd sell in a flea market for a lot less. Unfortunately the cool from the gel insert doesn't last long and you have to stick them back in the freezer again so keep that in mind. If it was half price and you could order extra gel sets I'd have been happier.

the reason it took 2 weeks to get then the fedx lost this product, the gel pads inside fall out all the time , the glue on velrco strips are NOT sticking to brace to wrap, glue does hold glue Velcro stirp properly... and it so bulky i hardly get my should in my shoe and under my jeans in the leg... I was really having hard time with this,,,, but it was better than nothing!!! the pieces that holds the 2 braces that goes in foot, not sturdy piece. should be refunded or set another brace thanks

My son wore this brace for 10 minutes in a basketball game and it exploded, broke, and the gel was all over the floor, his shoes, and clothes. This brace is not built to wear in a basketball game.

it has a very thin blue gel that does not support ankle comfortably. leaves bare spots and rubs ankle sore. would NOT recommend if you have ankle injury, tear or sprain.

Velcro is missing on one side. Not comfortable. Does not support my ankle. Will be returning this item.

While on a walk, my heel suddenly felt wet. i looked down to see blue gel all over my arch and heel of my foot. It was also all over my (white) sandal. The blue dye stained my skin and sandal. The brace didn't even last a week.
