I have been using these supplements for past 2 months. I think they are great and it's organic too
good quality product, comes in good packaging.
I like that the pill sizes are small and easy to take. No after taste
Pros: Has a form of folic acid called methylfolate that is much more easily absorbed Cons: Made me extremely nauseous/G.I. upset even when I took it with food. Tried to take it at night and it caused to sleep disturbance likely because of the vitamin B.
