Will never go back to a regular ice pack.
I love that it has an adjustable strap. I have wider hips/in the stomach area and this fit me quite well. It was nice that I didn’t have to mess around moving it to the desired area, was definitely a game changer for me.

i hope i covered it all
i like that it is not heavy, and the Velcro is easy to pull apart i have arthritis and am not very strong. sometimes i can't get things off when they are Velcro have to return them. I like that it heats quickly in the microwave but sometimes doesn't freeze all the way across i haven't put it back in to see if it would finish for fear of damage the heated portion. might check and see if i haven't tried it cold but it only cost half of my others so because of it taking so long to freeze and not lasting long I would buy one or two more. they don't take up a lot of room in the freezer, size13' by 6 ' not sure if that was measurements stated they said 7" for gel and 18' for strap its ok for me. i wish the gel portion was bigger so it could cover over the side of my hips . i am average size so this wouldnt work for a big person not enough gel packs or elastic band i recommend they offer a bigger size. not sure if you could put two together. it hlds well

Nice product
I purchased the Therapearl back wrap pack and am generally satisfied with my purchase. I like the pearls and the way they contour to my back. I wish it was a little bigger. My only real complaint was it took several weeks to ship.

Love the beads!
Used this after my hysterectomy and it worked wonder, wish it were a little bigger but other than that no complaints. Love the bead design very soft but still cold without being stiff.

Smaller that advertised.
Box says 17" x 6.75". Actual measurements are 12.75" x 6". Very unhappy. I needed those extra inches.
