Works quite well on my arthritic knees. I have not experienced any skin burns or issues from using this.

These are perfect for me when I get my muscle spasms that cause my tension migraines. These help to loosen my muscles and release the tension causing my extreme pain.

I recently had neck surgery and am still having a good bit of pain that only heat helps. We went on a cruise, but I was not allowed to bring my heating pad. this sent me into a panic. I found these products, and they made all the difference in the world to me! I will forever be a customer!

I use these for everything from neck to shoulder, arm, back, ankle -- wherever! Wish there were more patches in the box. Use to be 5 or 6 in the box for the same price. Guess they figure no one will care (ThermaCare - NOT Walmart) that no one will notice or complain. Well as someone with a lot of arthritis, I noticed as a heavy user. Other than the count in the box, these work well and stay warm for hours.

When nothing else works this line of pain relievers is worth the investment.

I use these regularly and they heat quickly and help with pain. You can chill with them on at home or use them while at work and they don’t budge. They definitely last all day long heat wise. I took away a star because they need to work on them sticking better to the skin. I’ve had to throw perfectly good ones out because they wouldn’t stick to my skin.

The good news is these get quite hot and can help with muscle cramps. The bad news is they won't stay stuck to your skin long enough to actually utilize that heat. And then you're left with something too hot to throw away, but also unusable for its intended purpose. I ended up putting it on top of the washer until it cooled off, so it wouldn't set my garbage on fire. I really can't recommend them.

Don't waste your money. They do not stay put and the heat elements inside do not provide any real heat evenly. The pain sticky pads from the dollar store are better than these.

I purchased this to help ease my shoulder pain. I am a petite person.,, this heat patch is too small even for my shoulder. My husband is a bigger man. This would do nothing for his shoulder. Disappointed. But found a solution: using the neck heat patches for the shoulder. Magic!!!
