These patches work very well on my lower back pain. The block patches radiate warm heat for the 8 hour duration.

I have lower back pain for a few years now. One day it became more irritable. I purchased this for some relief. While it did feel a bit warm, it didn't really do much for me. Maybe it's due to my specific back pain so I can't fully say the product doesn't work. I have used this brand in the past.

I think I got a bum pack that is defective because these do not warm up hardly at all. They barely feel warm to the touch. The entire pack. I took them on vacation because I would be doing a lot of walking and they didn't work AT ALL, so disappointing! They really let me down. Total waste of money. My sister-in-law uses them and says they work for her so that's why I think I got a defective pack or an illegitimate seller or knock-off brand or something. Do not buy these!

these are not shipped in manufacturers packing. literally came lose in a clear plastic bag. is something wrong with them?
