I LOVE it!!! I used for my back on a 7 hour one day motorcycle ride. It worked well %26 could charge as riding. Also used the message, sooooo I was livin it up!! Would recommend 💯. Getting one for a friend that has back issues. It will be such a blessing to her.

Bought for my son who has very bad lower back pain. He loves it, he is thin and it fits perfectly, like some others, literally too big. The heat is very strong and he says feels wonderful. He had many of these heating pads but said this one is by far the best!

Fast delivery! I charge it which did take most of the night but my morning it was ready ….i don't want to take it off it feels so good on my back better the the orthopedic brace that is similar design but without the heat and massage. The heat output is good wish it was in F° instead of C° . The wrap is very comfortable and has an extended strap that came with it . Automatic shut-off which I wish it would stay on forever it feels that good! The fabric is soft when I wear it on my skin without heat. I like it that it has the adjustable sleeve tension straps . I do get some relief but I can't say total for the extent of problems I have with my back but it feels better than being fully in pain and not able to bend without pain. I think I need another one for back up while this one is charging. I have to say it still worth it to get some relief as I do refuse to take meds to mask the pain and do more organ damage. I also bought one for my knee but doesn't have massage only heat and red light therapy I had a TKR last year and my back has been screwed up from a broken femur years ago that was never set right and threw my left side out of alignment. Hopefully I get I relief I need so I'm able to do things and able to bend over to pick things up again. It sucks when your this much away / A inch away from the floor / to able to pick things up.

The 3 way Velcro is so nice you can get it really tight and snug the heat is really nice and stays hot even when it turns off. It does take a while to charge can usually use it 3 times before it needs to charge but other than that I really love it and it has helped me

I love it so much it has helped me tremendously alleviating lower back pain. I love that it's portable and I'm not bound to the bed. It's so easy to use the battery last pretty long and mines came with buttons so I'm not sure why people say it's sensitive to touch. Mines is not sensitive to touch. It heats up super well it's not too hot and the massager is pretty strong and feels great

I like this item because it is easy to wear and not too bulky. I have had a 9-level back fusion and I am in pain constantly. This helps alleviate the pain for a period of time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with back pain.

I purchased this after I had some severe back pain. It looked like a good option. The heat output is really good--I would always seem to have to turn it down because it was so warm. The massage option isn't all that great. It isn't a kneading-type massage, which really helps loosen the muscles. This is just a pattern of vibrations. It jiggles the muscles but doesn't realy help.

Arm constantly changes settings when u move at all

This heating pad is awful !😣 The closure doesn't even stick; the Velcro closure is awful; what a waste of money.
