Mueller Adjustable Back Brace, Black, One Size Fits Most

Oh my gosh!! This brace is far more supportive than my older Mueller brace. The adjustable outer band really cranks up the back support. I almost didn't order it, but now I will order another one just like it! I am surprisingly pleased with it!! Don't even think about, just get this one!!!!

This is a very comfortable back brace but unfortunately it was too big to wear all day. It fit on my small frame for a couple of hours before it started to slip and loosen. Its very difficult to find a back brace for a waist size under 28" but I'll keep trying. I do recommend this if you have a larger frame/waist

I have degenerative disc disease and had a muscular injury as well. This brace provides the torso and lower back support I need. Despite being 1 size it fit well! I am 5'5" and 125lbs with a small waist and it was adjustable down small enough to be supportive. It gives me the support I need to do the gardening, painting, DIY work, etc. It does get warm so I take breaks and let myself, and it, dry off. Very good value for the price.

Soon as I put it on I felt relief in my lower back, while sitting it keeps my back straight with some flexibility in my hips so it's not too restrictive. Would recommend.

I wear this when I am having spasms. I also wear it for support when doing garden chores, I only take it off if doing repetitive bending. I will definitely purchase again.

A bit of a challenge to put on properly, but not too bad. I am a medium size woman of 130 pounds and I can't imagine a heavy person being able to stretch the outer bands to get them to overlap and grip. I can wear it for a while but it gets too hot and sweaty to wear it for long, and it is not the most comfortable back support. (I have not yet found "the most comfortable" back support!) Considering the low price, if you need lower back support, this is worth trying. It definitely helps correct your posture. If you slouch when you sit in a chair like I do it will quickly remind you to straighten up!

It would be a great support if they had put Velcro on both ends of the lapping panels. With Velcro only on the left side of the panel, as it is worn, the right side gradually slides out from under the overlapping part and creates a huge lump. Very uncomfortable and creates the need to constantly rewrap the brace. I finally put the Velcro on myself or it would be basically unusable.

Really made for a tiny person - I'm not that big but getting it secured was a painful chore - especially with a sore back. If you're small - go for it

This is not a good product whatsoever. The velcro fell apart and didn't last. Very disappointed how easily the velcro part on the back brace fell apart. Would not but this product again. There are more durable back braces out there for purchase.
