Soon as I put it on I felt relief in my lower back, while sitting it keeps my back straight with some flexibility in my hips so it's not too restrictive. Would recommend.

I spent hours searching for an abdominal /back support for my husband to wear while driving our motorhome-and am happy to report success! He wears this now for all our trips- it is well made of sturdy material- he states it's comfortable, easy to apply, and easy to clean . The price was lower than most competitors and he has not experienced and muscle pain since purchasing !

This is a very supportive but comfortable brace for back pain. It also helps decrease my back spasms. I wear it to the gym on a regular basis and it helps me tremendously. I also wear it outside of the gym.

I have many, many braces from online and orthopedic surgeons, and this is by far the best!! not bulky yet firm enough for me to be able to do all my household chores and yard work!!! Not all at ounce, of course!!! But I'm proud to have found one that I can give a great recommendation for!!! Don't waste lits of time and money, I wish I had purchased a lot sooner!!

A bit of a challenge to put on properly, but not too bad. I am a medium size woman of 130 pounds and I can't imagine a heavy person being able to stretch the outer bands to get them to overlap and grip. I can wear it for a while but it gets too hot and sweaty to wear it for long, and it is not the most comfortable back support. (I have not yet found "the most comfortable" back support!) Considering the low price, if you need lower back support, this is worth trying. It definitely helps correct your posture. If you slouch when you sit in a chair like I do it will quickly remind you to straighten up!

It would be a great support if they had put Velcro on both ends of the lapping panels. With Velcro only on the left side of the panel, as it is worn, the right side gradually slides out from under the overlapping part and creates a huge lump. Very uncomfortable and creates the need to constantly rewrap the brace. I finally put the Velcro on myself or it would be basically unusable.

my second time purchasing this item. it was picked because the ones I wanted wasn't in stock. it curls and loses it's shape if you have curves... I'm guessing most of us do. if you need back support, which is the entire point, you need it tight. but it will cause itching, maybe rash, and heard to breath. if it's loose, completely defeats the point of wearing it. if you bend to lift it doesn't stay in place. but if you stand it's fine. definitely great if you JUST STAND. just don't wear all day. if you sit it will bunch and curl.

Very upset that I got a returned item as my new item. Someone else had this one their body, returned it and I got it as my new back brace, not cool WalMart, not cool at all!!!
