Definitely keeps bugs away....the cells get costly if you forget to turn it off.

Happy with the product it definitely works to keep the bugs away. We use three at the same time, the Patio Shield and the Perimeter System simultaneously and it keeps a large area bug free. I’ve been recommending it to everyone and has been a game changer for time outside with my family.

This is my third Patio Shield, and I can't recommend them highly enough. These things just work. I set up two or three of them in a perimeter around my patio deck when entertaining, or just enjoying a cold one with a cigar. The difference is night and day. Flies and mosquitos don't like it at all. No smell, smoke, or bother. They are well worth it!

why didnt i buy one of them sooner ???

It works well, but you need it to be very nearby. Given that you can only be within realistically about 5 - 7 feet of it for it to keep the mosquitos away, it would be better to have one of their clip-on units.

The mosquito activity was slowed but not entirely removed from the porch area. Don’t know if I needed better coverage, i.e. one unit at each end, but based in the 15ft recommendation thought one would have been enough. Probably was borderline on my calculation. I’ll probably get another one and hope that takes care of all the mosquitoes.

Not happy the burner ran out really fast and cost to get stuff to replace cost as much as the product.

Works great, HOWEVER, The refill fuel and repellent cards are really expensive and difficult to recycle. I can't afford to spend $$$ on them.
