Thermacell Mosquito Repellent 36-Hour Rechargeable Refill

I would definitely recommend this item! This stuff works! And you don't have to spray bug spray on your skin and be stinky! This is great stuff! It last 36 hours; I wish it did last longer; like have a bigger one offered! I'm glad this unit can be charged it doesn't need batteries!

My unit was a gift from a coworker hearing my complaints about early morning mosquitos. while I do my watering before going to work. The Thermacell works way better than I had hoped for. I attach it to my belt loop and walk about protected. Because I'm watering trees in a wooded area, at 5:00 a.m. the mosquitos are very hungry, active and determined to suck my blood. Therefor, I still need to wear long pants and long sleeves with a net surrounding my baseball cap. BUT, before the Thermacell, the insects were biting me through my clothing. With it, a few just buzz around and leave. At other times in daytime sunlight, with the unit on, NO bites, no problem whatsoever. The cartridges, go fast , but last me about seven hours. Try it you'll love it.

I recently bought a Thermacell repeller and am amazed to find that it really does work! It couldn't be easier to use. I needed a refill and it was a good price at Walmart.

I tried sitting outside at the same spot the Same time of day and the mosquitoes ate me up until I set this unit outside for about five minutes before I went outside. Tried it another night same time same place with this unit going five minutes prior and did not get one mosquito bite it is the only thing I have ever tried outside that actually works. We'll definitely buy again and the refills are worth it.

A must have in Coastal Fla! The mosquitoes are horrid in Fla but especially near the beach condo! This is a great way to stave them off though costly there's no smoke, smell %26 it seems to magically do the job! It's an expensive investment but better than bites %26 West nile! lol

A little pricey, but works good and last longer then the regular refills. Used on my porch in the evening and didn't get bit once by a mosquito.

No smell, does the job. Can leak a bit which the company defends as okay but at this price, no waste should be happening. The three pack and four pack offer some savings, but they're out of stock. this new system of creating a zone around you is safer than all the lighting of candles and coils and dealing w sprays and all of that, but really, too expensive. They also did a bait and switch on the series, showing on the product page the unit was recommended by Wirecutter, but W review a specific unit. Thermacell made it right though at least half way and replaced one of the two I ordered with the correct unit that I thought I was buying. Still have to do some perimeter work to repel mosquitos in a very humid subtropical —or nearly —place

I bought this item last week because I've heard so many good reviews about it. I had it outside with me and when I had picked it up it was leaking everywhere. The following two days my face began to itch, the day after I woke up almost not being able to even see with a fever. I will absolutely never buy this again. I'm glad that it was me that got into it instead of my three year old autistic daughter!

Didn't last 36 hours. More like 12 hours. The dispenser isn't complicated just TOO many steps. I would not recommend if you are looking for something quick and easy.
