I am very happy with this food thermometer. It is easy to read, has temperature guide on it and is magnetic so it stays on the side of my range. No need to hunt through a drawer it is right where I need it.

The thermometer takes a few seconds to register. But who's in such a hurry they can't wait a few extra seconds. I'm not a professional cook. Time doesn't mean money when I cook for my family and friends. This thermometer serves my needs perfectly. Good buy for the money. Saved me a few extra bucks to buy quality ingredients. I like the magnet feature because the thermometer stays handy attached to my refrigerator. So, I use it more often. No need to hunt through the utensils drawer. The red reading is perfect for my failing eyesight. That's the main reason that I bought this. I also like that there is a guide with suggested temperatures for different foods imprinted right onto the thermometer to aid my failing memory. I'm happy with this purchase all around.

The temperature reading is accurate, it is well made, and when you are done, it automatically turns off. It is not too big or bulky, so it can be easily packed away when not in use. With the pick fully extended out, it is 11in. So you don't have to worry about burning your hands. No buttons to push, just flip the poker out to any angle you want and the light comes on. To turn it off, just flip it back in it's slot. Within seconds after inserting it into the meat, I had my temperature. On the back of the hand held device there is 3 little rubber pads to hold it in place so it doesn't slide off the table, with a recommended temperatures for beef, pork, ham and poultry. Comes with a small screwdriver and battery. I was gifted for my thoughts.

The thermometer gives a consistent and accurate reading everytime. On the back it has a neat little guide for different meats with recommended temps, which is great for new cooks or even kids to learn proper cooking. It's waterproof and has a cool locking function to hold the fold out reader in place. The thermometer comes on as soon as you flip down the reader and takes about 1-2 minutes to produce accurate readings. The screen has a feature where no matter which direction your holding it, it flips the numbers making it easier to read and the numbers light up. I really love this thermometer, it is super handy and all of the added features are great for cooks of all ages and experience levels. Definitely recommended checking this thermometer out.

Have not had a chance to use in a real world test, but it has many useful features ( inverting display, fast temp response, large display, magnet %26 hook for storage, temp reference chart, battery saving sleep mode)

Make sure you take that off before putting the battery in the thermometer or you will spend 15 minutes trying to figure out why it's not working 😂 The thermometer read at the temperature I was expecting. The on/off function is super easy. Just open the probe and it turns on. It's sharp enough to get an accurate read on meats.
