Spikes temp was a little different but probably because of location in the smoker. Pairing was simple and spikes where the same as my instant read. Love it.

received my ThermPro and my white probe wouldn't connect to the base. i called Customer Service and they were really friendly, right to the point. We'll seems you a new one out right away. withing 5 minutes i received the email confirmation. Just got it today and everything odds great. yes i own multiple ThermPro thermometers and i love how easy they connect to your phone and work great!!!!

I read such great reviews about this product and was so excited to try it, however we have not had good luck with this item. One of the spikes works really well all the time! The other one works half the time and disconnects randomly or tells us it has no battery even though it's charged. We purchased this because we wanted a simple to use Bluetooth thermometer so we are not opening and closing the smoker constantly, we got half of that with only one working spike. Would not recommend, hopefully this technology gets better overtime

I ordered this temp Spike twin pack the black probe doesn't work at all and the white one only works within 10° of being accurate and no matter what I do I can't get the black temperature probe to link so disappointing...

One probe was dead upon arrival. Contacted support %26 they mailed a replacement. By the time it arrived the other probe had died. I threw them away. Trash product

The seller never shipped the product. 3 weeks later. They lied and said they did. Offering me no help. I had to contact Walmart directly. They verified that I was telling the truth and refunded me

It worked great for about the first month. Now, the battery's are dead every time I get ready to use it. It doesn't appear to be shutting off on the holding case. Other than that, I like it. But what good are temperature probes if they are always dead.

White probe does not work on this unit. This is the second one I've tried. The first one the black probe would only last 2 hours.

I bought this item twice the first time the white one quit after the first cook the second set the black one quit working after the first cook I will be returning and not purchasing again

I am a systems integrator and give tech support to people trying to understand their various integrated low-voltage, home-automation, security, camera, and fire systems. I have followed the directions carefully. They are lacking in detail %26 clarity, in my opinion. I've spent several hours trying to make the unit function completely. I managed to get one probe working finally, but not the other. I tried getting more detailed info from their website, to no avail. Out of fairness, I am going to call their support number today and see if someone can walk me through what I am missing, but the application and user app is so clumsy, I suspect I will return it and spend more money maybe for something more user-friendly.
