fits perfectly and is easy to put on. The Velcro is a nice touch to hold the legs while I close the zipper. it doesn't seem to have a problem with the smoker temperature. I like it.

Arrived early! Cover is very well made, can easily be put on and removed with one person and fits like a glove! I would definitely recommend and I would buy again!

Exactly what I needed and expected it to be coming from the manufacturer. I have the cover for my Austin XL and now I have the official cover for my Copperhead ONYX Edition!

It was listed on sale for 479. Tried to order and not available so It recommended this one for almost twice the cost. I figured maybe the cheaper one was an older model so I order this one. Then I got slapped with an additional 54 dollars and I have no idea what that “additional service” was for. So I love the summer but not sure I'll buy something like this online from Walmart again.

This is my 4th smoker. First one about 20 years ago was a barrel smoker, worked great but a pain to use. second was a masterbuilt eletric smoker, it was a great smoker and did a great job but after 15 years it was showing its wear, so when my wife asked if i would like to get another smoker for chistmas it was a no brainer. I smoke a lot. I have an outoor kitchen with a pit boss pellet grill, agriddle and a smoker. I do a lot of outdoor cooking! so i researched. I choose this grill: after looking at the reviews, and disregarding the ones damaged on delivery, and the ones who blew theirs up becus they did not properly maintain it or read the instructions, and understanding that there would be some real coplaints and evaluting thosse with the other, combined with my experince with pit boss( i have had 3, loved the first one so much i upgraded to the Laradeo 1000, I also have a table top in my RV, set it on fire a couple of times before i read the mannuel and started celaning it every other use.) I decided on the pti boss. you do have to educate yourself about cooking and maitaning a pellet gril andsmoker. but they are great. so far I have smoked 3 hams, a turkey , 2 briskets, 3 pork butts, and smoked a salmon, and a bunch of pork bibs as well as a couple of chickens, I love it! it has been reliable and dependable and easy to maintain. thew only reason it does not get a five is it does not produce as much smoke as I would like, but I found out about smoke tubes cost about $10-15. fill them with pellets, light them and put them in smoke, generates about 6 hours of smoke. had used them in my camper and that wasthe finial cleancher it my descison.

Door was bent as well as the back. I had to use it because I was cooking for an event. I almost wish I could have sent it back, but I didnt want to go through the hastle. It works, but definately not pretty to look at with the dents in the front and back. I will never buy a large product online from Walmart again!

Threw error codes and stopped working first use. Pit boss customer service was no help. Had to return. (wal mart made that easy)

Returning it cause the copperhead smoker was a lemon, and was returned. After futher research pit boss has problem in control board and have not issued a recall for it. Trips an error code on ignitor.

Bought online. Box delivered. Box already told you it was likely going to be damaged. Sure enough when I got it fully assembled it was damaged and paint was chipping in multiple spots. Still looked like it would work but I didn't pay full price for a damaged smoker. Asked customer service if I could just get a discount. Rather than shipping me another one and paying FedEx to pickup my smoker. Was told No. Anyone who assembled this knows you don't have a box to put a 5 foot smoker in post assembling. The thing weighs 130 lbs as well. Having a 2nd story porch was even worse of a scenario. Apparently the situation is resolved by wrapping it with plastic wrap (that is a ton of plastic wrap) and having fedex come into your house and help you load it on their truck. Actually told by customer service to ask them for help getting it out of my house. Needless to say NEVER order anything like this sent to your house. FedEx will ruin it in transit. It will get damaged. On top of that the solution to fix it will be neither convenient or worth your time. I will never order anything of this size ever again on walmart.com. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Not an exaggeration.
