I felt very comfortable changing in the changing room with other women. No one knew that these panties or something special I did have a nurse friend ask me later she like the waist band and she asked me if they stayed up, and what brand they were. She was quite surprised to hear they served two purposes. I've had these panties long enough to have wash them and wore them again they do not shrink and I like how the panel goes up the backside, so no leaks are shown.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The briefs are a good idea for those that have small leaks. However, I was not a huge fan. They are very much a high waited brief. They also were pretty thick, I did not feel as comfortable that it was absorbing the leak.

Adjusting the size then will try it, I measured 41 but I was wrong

These are AWFUL. They work fine as period panties, but they cut into my body and give me a weird shape and it's super noticeable under my clothing. The top of these actually roll down on me a lot throughout the day too, which is super annoying. I would not recommend this style to anyone.
