I love this vitamin c
I usually have side effects with magnesium malate (atypical for most people). This magnesium malate is easy for me to take. A bonus is that it is a relatively small dose rather than a mega dose as is found in so many supplements these days.
I have been taking versions of these supplements for a couple decades. The formulations have been tweaked, naming changed to reflect more-accurate descriptions, etc. What I found most helpful was the "this used to be THIS supplement", so I can keep on with what I need. This one used to be "Cal-Mag Citrate", later "Calcium-Magnesium Citronate", and now this. The formulation has remained almost entirely the same throughout. With so many things I like and use being randomly discontinued, it is nice that some still exist. Thanks again.
This is their least expensive way of getting in some extra magnesium. As an athlete, I like to top off my mag and calcium levels. I can't say I can tell a difference when I do and don't. But, I want to make sure I'm topped off to avoid any deficiencies.
I needed a calcium with absolutely NO additives/preservatives, as I am very allergic to maltodextrin and any other preservatives. Thank you for a pure form!
I have used this more than 6 months. That was good. I liked. This supplement given to me energy. I buyed this supplement because I was a depressed. Now I'm good. But if you using magnesium malat you have to go to gym.
Prompt shipping and delivery.
Outstanding product and as a world class athlete I will now switch over several supplements to support my training and competitive requirements.
This product works well for me.
If you want a magnesium supplement, and do not know if you need calcium supplementation, do NOT get this. I thought the calcium alongside the magnesium would help absorption, but it increased my foot and leg cramps instead. So, I can't get the magnesium I need from this mag-calcium combo without the muscle-cramping calcium (calcium causes muscles to contract, magnesium helps them relax, you know the drill lol). Cramps went back to normal when I stopped taking it. aaaaaa I contacted the seller (Pattern) for refund. They asked for info because they report adverse reactions to Thorne, and gave me a "one-time courtesy refund." Thorne is a great brand with quality ingredients, so I hope their magnesium bisglycinate powder will help me instead.
