This melatonin is working well.
Works better than other brands
Consistent delivery of melatonin each night. I dropped down from 10 mg of another brand to this 3 mg cap and it works better. Bought again. My favorite brand after using others for two decades.
I have tried so many sleep aids and this works. If you follow Whoop metrics, my sleep went from 5 hours a night with other aids to 8 hours a night while using this. My HRV (heart rate variability) has improved significantly. No grogginess. No need for edibles. I wake up remembering my dreams which have been pleasant. It takes about 30 min to work but it's a light drifting into Sleep
IT IS A MAJOR HELP IN ME SLEEPING AT NIGHT. IT IS NOT A DRUG BUT A NATURAL SUPPORT OF WHAT MY BODY RELEASES TO HELP ME SLEEP. USE IT NIGHTLY
Have used Melaton-3 for many years. Very effective in allowing me to get to sleep. Have had no issues with taking this product
I slept until 6 a.m. which felt great. Had not done that in a while.
Hard to tell if it's me or the supplements themselves, but they don't get me tired as fast as other tablets i've taken in the past have. However, once i'm sleeping it's pretty much wraps. No randomly waking up in the middle of the night. They're not half bad.
Tried this to see how it compares to the sublingual melatonin I take and it really didn't work for me; still woke up after a few hours and still had a hard time falling back to sleep. I don't have these issues with sublingual melatonin. I wish Thorne would make melatonin and vitamin B12 in sublingual options.
I have quite a few active subs with Thorne and until now I *think* I've been pleased with them. I appreciate that they are all third party tested with no unnecessary ingredients, and what it says is what you get. THAT SAID, this melatonin has done NOTHING for me. I'm used to Nature Made 3 mg that I would either take whole or cut in half and it worked. After taking Thorne's, I would like awake with my eyes wide open before giving in and taking my Nature Made kind to fall asleep. I may give it another try, but I'm sad that it hasn't worked thus far. It's one of the only products I have on sub that you should be able to tell quickly if it works, so it has made me question some of the other supplements I'm taking and if they work and are worth the money.
