I take this twice a day. I've used it for several months and have noticed a huge difference in my anxiety level.

I had been having problems with sleep. I fell asleep with no problem, but was unable to stay asleep. If I woke up in the night my mind would start racing to a hundred different ideas. Not much of a fan because it is just too strong for me. I can't believe it says take 1-3 times daily, wow. I took one before bed a few times. Within 20-30 minutes, I could feel a major shift in my body, I didn't like it. As if someone slammed on the brakes. And I fell asleep hard and fast.
