Thyme & Table 13 fl oz Blue Double Wall Drinking Glass

I was.looking for a blue coffee mug. This little glass popped up, obviously not a mug, but I thought it was cute so I ordered it. It's become my favorite iced tea glass! It keeps drinks cold, the ice doesn't melt quickly and it's comfortable to hold.

I love the double glass and the color. Very pretty and I love that they are different. They also match the color theme in my kitchen and my dishes perfectly.

Originally found this product on another website but the description did not specify the quantity being purchased. Screen shot the item and ran a search on the pic. The item was listed on Walmart. Visited the website and there it was with a clear description and competitive price. Perfect transaction!

These glasses keep my drinks colder longer. I live in Arizona so that is important in the summer.

Since it is a double wall, the glass is very thin with air in between the layers of glass. While this keeps drinks cold longer it also makes the glass very thin, and you have to be careful when washing dishes or setting them down as they are more fragile. Other than that they are as pictured, and a very nice almost indigo color.

I ordered different colors. Some of them have that “adhesive” on the bottom. Unfortunately one of them is broken %26 had to get replacement. I hope the rest stays sealed. The rims are not consistent. Some are rounded, some are not. It did say on the sticker that bec it’s handmade that there’ll be inconsistency on design. Because it’s double-walled, it’s a little getting used to drink because it’s thicker than usual. Also, it’s lightweight.

They're perfectly fine glasses, the design is just a bit clunky. Maybe some people like the thickness of the double wall, but it's a slightly strange feeling to be drinking from something with such a wide lip to it.

While these glasses do not sweat, %26 are beautiful, they can, %26 do accumulate water between the glass layers. This has happened to three of my glasses. No hot beverages have been in these. A couple of them actually show where the water got in if tipped upside down, otherwise, there is no sign of breakage. The water must be getting in via a pinhole. How those pinholes developed is beyond me. They had not been dropped or banged against anything. I'm throwing these away rather than using them to serve guests. Who wants to think they might get a sip of dishwater with their drink ? The third breach occurred just a few days ago. Take a look-see below. 1st pic on left is right side up, %26 pic on right is upside down. Yes, that's dishwater between the double wall. It's clear because it likely got in during the rinse cycle. Nothing is actually in the glass. Overall, I'm disappointed.
