Thyme & Table 13-Piece Knife Block Set, Rainbow Blades

I love these knives, the blades are a little flexible, but still a great knife . My only wish would for this butcher blocked to come with scissors or a place for some scissors.

This is a great knife set and the block is very slim compared to most blocks and is lightweight. In the block you just see a nice knife set but the knives are COLORFUL, which is really fun. The knives are carbon stainless steel blades, there is a carving knife with an 8-inch blade, chef knife with an 8-inch blade, utility knife with a 5-inch blade, paring knife with 3.5-inch blade, santoku knife with a 7-inch blade, a set of 6 steak knifes with 4.5-inch blades, honing steel 8-inch rod, all of which store in the block, so a complete set for all your prepping needs plus a steak knife set and no need to store knives in drawers. The blades are super sharp still even after daily use for food prepping and we cook frequently and large quantities. The handles are sturdy but nicely not bulky so they fit nicely in my hands instead of having bulky handles. All the knives cut smoothly and easily. I would not recommend beginners/young teens using this set as they ARE sharp and if they are nervous the handles would be slick in their hands but for the rest of us, they are a fabulous set whether you buy them for yourself or give them as a gift.

I am redoing my kitchen and wanted to make it look more fun and colorful. These knives are very cool. The blade on them are rainbow and the blades are very shiny. The handles on the knives are soft and comfortable to grip. I really like the design of the actual knife block itself because it is slim so it doesn't take up a ton of counter space which I don't have a lot of as it is. It has literally every knife you'd need and even comes with a blade sharpener.

The set is very complete for cooking, the knives are very light, they are very well made, they cut very well, the handles are very soft, very colorful, the block is super compact, perfect for small spaces. when you receive them they are very well packed

You might think that the rainbow holographic colors of these knives are a gimmick and that the knives aren't high quality. You would be WRONG! This knife set is very complete and arrived with the knives sharpened for use - but, if they aren't sharp enough to suit you, the set comes with a sharpener, too. The set arrived just before I was planning to make fajitas. I washed them up and the knives made quick work of slicing the chicken and creating julienne strips of peppers and onion. Plus, the steak knives just look cool and colorful at the table.

These colorful knives are pleasant to look at, add a kind of hip feeling to your home. The set come with many knives and the knife block. The knife block itself is not too heavy and seems durable. The knives themselves come in a decent variety for all sort of cutting, breads, meats, vegetables and many more. The knives did a decent job cutting and are pretty sharp (Keep away from children). The handle seems like its made of plastic and quite light, which is a good thing. Only thing that I'm uncertain about these knives are that the quality don't seem 100% good, so they might go dull or handle might break within a year or two. But so far, everything is good so we'll see how it goes. Overall, I would give these knife block 4/5 due to the colorful and unique design, but are somewhat cheaply made.

Sleek looking, slim block. Doesn’t take up much wide space. However, the slots are hard to see and are very slim due to the size of the thin blades. Putting the knife back into the block you kinda have to feel around until the knife goes back in which has caused a lot of scratches on block so far. Nice iridescent blade design, blades are very sharp, can cut through packaging with one fell swoop. I really I really like that it comes with the blade sharpener however I do not like that it did not come with a kitchen shears those come in really handy the steak knives are good quality sometimes I feel like you don’t really need six steak knives I wish they were more of different sized of paring knives. Quality and heaviness is not the same as the block that I was using prior to this one.

loved these knives until the blade came out of the handle while hand washing (which I always did, they never went into the dishwasher) only 4 months after buying. they are very sharp, which is one thing I like about them.

I never received it. I can't figure out how to reach a person to fix this!!! I am more than a little annoyed at this point. if I had received the set, I am sure my comments would be better but I have been trying to find the 'chat' button for a while now and I am not a happy person. this was supposed to be a Christmas present - thanks!
