Beautiful, useful tool.
Very handsome danish dough hook. I haven't used the lame yet, and it is still packaged. I had to use fine sandpaper to smooth out the wood, but not a problem. I, then, applied Boos block board cream. It's very nice. I'm very pleased with this purchase. It made quick work of combining dough ingredients. Make sure to wash immediately. Don't let it sit in water. Hand dry and applied Boos when necessary.

It wasn't an expensive item. It's ok but I wouldn't buy it again.

Cheaply made
The lame is fine and comes with lots of blades. Maybe a bit flimsy but it works. The dough whisk broke immediately. The metal part fell off while I was mixing during the very first use.

Handle fell off.
The handle fell off the first time I used it. I have to return it. I do like the way it works. I just wish it wouldn't have fell apart.
