of course it is brand new so it cuts easy and real easy to turn the handle but this is true with all things that are new. i will give it atleast 6 months and see if it still works as good. i really hope so. electric openers are hard to figure how they work.

I purchased 10 of these can openers to donate to a food donation center for homeless people. My thought was that people who didn't own a can opener would not be able to open most cans that were given to them. I wish I could afford to buy many more to donate.

So my husband wanted a new can opener for Christmas. Nothing fancy he said. No bells, no whistles. Just a good old fashioned can opener. This is good quality and sturdy. He got what he wanted and was happy. Good stocking stuffer.

I received it. And I'd like it a lot.

So far so good in its use, has not broken yet like all the cheap ones.

Best manual can opener I could have ever owned. Always open the can with the bottom on the counter, and there should be no problems with it.

Just can't opener it's easy to get on and cuts very well. They handle. It's easy to turn and easy on the hands.

Pretty much immediately the can opener stopped working. It has a hard time latching to the can rim. Then as I turn it, it bumps off of the can rim. I spend at least a full minute, sometimes 2 or 3, just to open a 15 oz can with it. Definitely would not recommend this can opener to anyone else.
