Awesome! My thyroid numbers have improved.
My thyroid has been low the last two years with doctors pushing medications which I do not want- I started taking Christopher's thyroid maintenance caps 2-3 times per week the past year and my last bloodwork shows my thyroid as normal! I am vegetarian, fantastic that it is plant-based. I did add more green vegetables to my diet but I believe this supplement has helped me. Will definitely keep using this great product!

Take it every day
I take this or the other Dr. Christopher thyroid supplement once a day in the morning. I definitely feel a difference if I skip a day. It supports my energy levels. I would say, for me, that it also increases my cognitive skills, because when I forget to take it, I just seem to be working in slow gear. As far as I'm concerned, it's worth having a bottle on hand all the time.

The best
You can not go wrong with Dr. Christopher's formula. If you are over 30 years old, you feel tired all the time, give a trial. I take it with herbal thyroid formula in the morning.

Love this product. Helps my energy level. Feeds healing herbs to my thyroid so it can do its job more efficiently. controls my metabolism.
