Wish Walmart actually carried these in store! This is a nice break from the standard yellow triangular pencils. These pencils, no matter the color, are so comfortable to write with. I remember these when I was in elementary school, I believe a math resource teacher gave me one because I'm a lefty and he knew my hand hurt due to the way I held my pencils. These are more comfortable than the pencil grips I had used. My son struggles with pencil placement/ handwriting issues in general, he prefers these pencils because in his words, "they don't hurt his fingers when he writes." These were both a great value and a great price, bonus little pencil sharpener to keep these sharp when he's using them in school! My last pack of the yellow pencils like these, disappeared, so I had to add to my supply.

The all black pencils have a soft texture that helps them stay put behind my ear. The colored don't have this, but they are both tougher than regular pencils and still have a nice point for trim work

Quality pencils for cursive writing. Preferred over mechanical pencils. Wish they sold them locally.
