Tide Plus Ultra Oxi White & Bright Liquid Laundry Detergent

I never received this item. It was part of a 3-item order that Walmart fulfilled through a 3rd party seller ("Seller") who sent 2 items quickly and later sent a third item that was a duplicate of one of the already -delivered items (a $12.97 item instead of the missing $28.89 item). Walmart instructed me to contact Seller instead of handling the matter itself. Seller then delivered a mystery package at 12 a.m. to a reception desk somewhere not disclosed (address not stated %26 no photo). I live in a house in a neighborhood of houses -- no reception desks. USPS would not disclose the delivery address. Back to Seller who then issued a $12.97 credit instead of sending the correct item or a $28.89 credit tax paid. Seller said the $12.97 credit had completed the order and he/she was done. Visits to the nearest Walmart store failed to produce the missing item or a delivery address. Next was phone calls to Walmart headquarters which promised a correct credit. Still waiting. Waste of much time. Seller didn't seem able to comprehend English %26 Walmart should have stepped in sooner.
