Tineco GO Max Cordless Wet/Dry Vacuum Mop (Floor Washer)

Oh my goodness I love this thing! I had a corded one before and it was a pain! And it didn't have the self cleaning mode so I felt like I had to take apart the roller and wash it all the time or my floors were smudgy!! I just set the self clean button and it's pretty much problem free. It also had the “go” ability, so I don't even have to push it. I just hang on and go!! So much better than my last one that had to be pushed!

This order was open and missing all the attachments, I was very disappointed because I needed it and I couldn't wait for using a retune and wait for another one .

it worked good and i really liked it, but after the 3rd use it i turned it on, it lit up to go and wouldnt do anything. took it to walmart for a refund and i had a protection plan. walmart said they couldnt refund cleaner and prot. plan. recieved on march 18th. so now im out of 176.94. im very upset about this.

I have 5 of these machines all starting from the original. I have always loved them, until last week. The latest one was purchased for a studio I rarely use, it was purchased on Dec 1 2025, used twice, all good. Fast forward to the third time I used it in late February and it simply wouldn't start. Waited until Monday march 2nd to run it into my local Walmart store to be told it's out of warranty by 2 days and basically get on down the road. I have contacted Tineco and I am still in warranty with the manufacturer, however, it is incredibly time-consuming for replacement as opposed to walking into Walmart and just having it replaced with the convenience of shopping local. I'm not exactly sure I would ever purchase something from Walmart again, it seems that the failure/inability to assist customers will be a permanent deterrent for me. If you want to purchase one of these machines absolutely do there well worth every dollar you spend on them, this is a one off I'm sure issue I'm having but by all means do not purchase it from Walmart. Choose any other reputable store.

It really didn't do any mopping like it promised. It basically just kind of damped the floor. You can't adjust the height which is why it just damps the floor and not actually mop the floor. The vacuum part was ok, but nothing to write home about. The self-cleaning mode didn't work at all. I'm not sure if I received a pre-owned wet/dry vac or if it's really just a piece of crap. Either way I'm returning it back for a refund. This deserves zero stars but that wasn't an option. In my opinion, just spend the extra money and get a Bissell wet/dry vac; like I should've did.

This is a scam. This manufacturer makes the consumables extremely specific to each model, so you have to buy a new one. I can't find a replacement roller for this model anywhere, and the ones that do exist differ only in small details, such as the internal roller diameter.

My first Tineco was AWESOME!! I used it until it gave out. Years of use!! So I bought another one. This one is HORRIBLE. It's hard to clean, bulky, etc. I will be returning it. I hope I can find one on Ebay that was like my earlier version. I do NOT recommend this version of Tineco.

I am having a big time struggle to use the product. The mopping leaves so much water on the ground and then it does not clean it the way it should with the mop pad. I had to everytime bring another piece of cloth to clean the extra water. As you move the vacuum around the top handle comes out and the whole thing falls off to the ground for no reason. The battery life is also not great. I have missed the return window else I would have surely send it back.

Purchased this on Black Friday sale. Was happy to get a Tineco to replace the Swiffer Wet Jet. Should have looked before I purchased. Several others have mentioned in review and was my experience, Before I used it I went to buy consumables mop heads and filter. NOT available! There were other negative reviews that mention this that seem to be gone, But in them you'd see Tineco reply that they were available with a link on Walmart.com that showed unavailable just like on Tineco's website. Heck you can't even find this model on Tineco's site. I believe this is a Walmart exclusive. Anyhow, returned it without using to the store. Got to have consumables for something that requires replacement every 4 or so months.

Does not actually clean all that well. it left a ton of water and did not clean up the spilled juice that had dried on my floor. will be returning and considering a stream mop instead.
