TiVo Stream 4K

This little device is amazing! First of all, the installation is super easy and the set-up is very thorough and easy, also. I was able to pick all of my favorite movies and shows across multiple apps(Netflix , Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, and others) and add them all to my list and it just puts everything together in once place so you don't have to jump from app to app to see your favorite movies and shows. Jam packed with awesome features and so so easy to use...I would recommend to anyone that is even thinking about trying this!

If you don't already own a smart TV or a streaming player, then I would recommend the TiVo Stream 4K. The product box comes with everything you need to get everything running. The set up took about 15 minutes which includes plugging everything in, downloading updates, going through setup prompts, and signing into several streaming accounts. I like that I don't have to switch between streaming apps. Recommendations are combined into one place and you can browse through them easily. I also like that it has a voice control remote, so I don't have to scroll through letters on the on-screen keyboard. Some of the apps also offers free trials which allows you to see which streaming services suits your interests. Overall, I think this is a great and easy to use device.

Years ago I switched from regular television to streaming services. I've used multiple devices but never found one that seemed to have everything until having this device. Its amazing how far TIVO has continued to grow and they didn't miss the mark with this device. It's easy to set up, just plug in and attach to your television HDMI. The sign in process is easy for most apps and the remote is well designed and is comfortable to hold. I've found no difficulty in the remote connecting and operating the device. You'll love this and so will your family!

I really like this TiVo Stream set up.we were able to install it easily and get it working right away. The look and feel of it is sleek and aesthetically pleasing. I even love the remit and the feel of it and the fact that it has a Netflix button right in the middle so I can jump to my favorite app right away. It's my daily go to so I use it a lot. You don't have to have sling to use this but it would be a nice plus to get that live tv account. This TiVo set up is pretty nice and I'm very happy.

This product should be way more popular than it is. It's a competitor with Amazon Fire and Roku. And honestly, it's faster and better than both and is more open. It seriously may be the best streamer on the market, and undeniably the best in its price range. This streamer is an absolute home run and will only get better with updates.

Wish I could give 3.5, this is a decent replacement for Google Chromecast especially since not being produced anymore and don't want to spend the $100 for the new version. Have been using this for at least 5 years now, one for each TV. One of those died and this review is for the replacement one. If another one dies, I may suck it up and buy the new Google Streamer thing but for now, doing just fine. Also to be fair, they did used to be $30 when purchased the first two and got this one on sale, so a little pricier now. Guide and interface is easy to use, same as any of them, some apps you can't delete or shift around but not too bad. Have had pairing remote issues and needs a hard reboot on occasion which is mostly the reason for the 3.5 rating instead of 4 or 5.

TiVo Stream 4K is a streaming device which gives you access to a multitude of TV/movie apps. The pre-installed apps that are included on TiVo are provided through Google Play. If you don't have a Google account, you have the option to create one. Please be aware that some apps in the app store do require a paid subscription through that particular app provider. But, there's a lot of free streaming content as well. The TiVo Stream 4K includes a remote, USB power cord and adapter. The device also requires an internet connection with wifi capability in order to be able to stream content. Your TV must also have a HDMI cable port in order for TiVo to function. The initial setup of TiVo was fairly easy with clear instructions on how to install it. One of my favorite features is that TiVo supports Bluetooth devices, so I was able to wirelessly connect an external Bluetooth speaker to TiVo without any issues.

Be careful when ordering from walmart. they subsitute many items even when you tell them not to. even worse... they promise quick delivery but never have the item syou need the most. they conveniently wait till last second to tell you " item unavailable" . This results in getting items you did not really want but added to your order and getting none of what originated the order . paid for a year walmart plus and all benefits are half what they appear. calling them is conveniently impossible. back to giant eagle i go !!!

So at first I was excited to finally egt it. Buttons are really smooth to type.I like that the wire is really long compared to the firestick, so thats a plus. The picture quality is good. I have many subscriptions and Philo is not compatible withe tivo. From what I have read neither is Starz, so that was a strike for me. Also I had troubles connecting it to my tv such as turning on n off, volume control, they work after playing around with it but I still have to ise my tvs remote as well, I cant figure out wat Im doing wrong. Anyways, it does have some apps programed on there, it has a tv guide so u can scroll thru, the apps r set up different then roku or firestick, takes some getting use too. Overall I woudnt recommend it, firestick cost about the same n I can have all my subscriptions on it.

Not sure about the device. It got returned on arrival. The promo advertised at time of purchase was no longer valid. The device arrived several days late as well. I know that is not on tivo, it is on the place of purchase. Kind of sad as they offer many items for cord cutting. I can not in good faith buy from them now.
