This product appears to have a good component list that includes some of the primary elements I look for in a prostate supplement. I am now in my fifties, and it seemed that the older I grow, the more help I require. I've tried a number of goods in this category, and this one seemed to be adequate. I'm not sure whether it's the greatest I've had, but it appears to be opening up my urine flow to a more suitable level and allowing me to sleep better through the night with less trips to the toilet. Overall, it appears to be a nice product.

On paper, this is a decent prostate supplement. As with any supplement, your results may differ greatly from mine. Also, most supplements take months and months of consistent usage to show any major benefits, so don't anticipate fast results. The components list is extensive, with the majority of the elements directly connected to prostate and urinary health. However, I am skeptical about so-called "proprietary mixtures." It's unknown how much of each component is there and what role they all serve. The pills aren't overly big and are simple to swallow. Overall, it is a reliable supplement with high-quality components.

Huge custom blend. Overall, most prostate pills I've used are difficult to swallow; however, taking them with a mouthful of water or food makes it a bit simpler.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because only been using it 5 days. But I noticed not only improved urine flow the first day and I slept 2 hours in a row for the first time in months. After day 5 , I have been sleeping up to 4 hours in a row. What great sleep!
