This camera is very easy to set up. It takes nice pictures. The only thing people need to understand is it is not battery operated. I think I'd love it eaven more if there wasnt a cord attached. For keeping an eye on your pup, it works just great indoors.

Great camera

tarik May 27, 2026

Great camera. Very easy to install and configure. Once the camera is powered on and the app is installed on the phone, the connecting and set up is straight forward. I like the ability to move the camera, motion detection tracking and the ability to talk and listen through it. Very solid purchase.

Works on 2.4GHz AND 5G WIFI! Great features.

Joanna May 14, 2026

I think this is the first camera I've seen that works on both 2.4 GHz AND 5 GHz (wifi) – which makes a HUGE difference because my 2.4 GHz wifi is incredibly slow. Most of them will only work on 2.4 GHz so I hooked it up with my 5G. I needed an outdoor camera for a shady part of the yard, so solar powered would not have worked – that's why wired was so important with my outdoor extension cable. The camera is really easy to install using wifi, and they have provided a really good user manual. You don't have to guess which app is right for you, they give you the QR codes so it was quick to download. There are lots of great features – I have it pointed towards the carport so I can see who walks up the driveway, and can zoom in really easily – and turn the camera to point elsewhere if I need it to. You just tap on the direction buttons and the lens rotates. It also works well at night – great visibility. The app on the phone is really easy to use – you can take photos or videos and it records automatically motion events, so if someone walks up the driveway, it's automatically recorded. I work from home and do a lot of shipping, and I'm often told that such and such a courier came to pick up a package and the package was not ready – and then I can contact the courier and say HEY, your guy was NOT here, nobody showed up to take the package – so please don't believe him. That package WAS ready – he just never showed up. SO it's really great to have video and photographic evidence of things like that. And apart from that, just great to be able to monitor who comes and goes. Great camera.

Huge bang for buck! Very easy to set up!

Jonathan November 8, 2025

This is a very basic security camera system. The cameras plug in directly to the base station. You don't need to connect it to your network to make it work if you don't want to and you don't need to configure each camera. The camera quality is acceptable, in the sense of, that you'll have a solid idea of what's going on, but I don't think you'll be reading license plates at a major distance. That being said, this is a tremendous value. It's plug and play and comes with everything you need. 4 cameras, a power splitter, and 4 sets of extension cables. What I found that was really neat was how well it works as a standalone unit. It comes without a USB mouse, and all you need to do is hook up an HDMI cable to a TV or monitor. It's pretty intuitive to use. Just click around and you can use the scroll wheel to move between cameras or see all 4 at the same time. The base unit is very light, which was a little concerning at first, but there's definitely a hard drive in there and it works fine. Also if a camera goes offline it actually beeps rather loudly to let you know something is up. If you need something quick to deploy, easy to use, and low cost, I think this is a solid choice.

Review: GuardianEye 360 - The All-Seeing Security Solution The GuardianEye 360 is a formidable contender in the home and business security market, boasting an impressive array of features that truly justify its name. If you're looking for a camera that leaves absolutely no blind spots, this is it. Flexible Connectivity, Clear Vision One of the standout features is its Flexible Connectivity. The ability to connect wirelessly via both 5G and 2.4G dual-band Wi-Fi (or an NVR) dramatically simplifies installation by eliminating cumbersome data cables. The only minor caveat, which is standard for most high-powered outdoor units, is the mandatory power source requirement. Once powered, the surveillance is top-tier: the 1080P HD resolution is crisp and clear, and with 320° horizontal and 90° vertical rotation, you achieve true 360-degree panoramic coverage with no dead angles. Seeing in the Dark The night vision capabilities are exceptional. Moving beyond basic black and white, the GuardianEye 360 offers color, smart, and standard IR night vision modes. This is powered by an arsenal of eight floodlights and ten IR lights, delivering clear monitoring up to 30 feet in absolute darkness. Whether you need discrete infrared or a brightly lit color view when motion is detected, this system performs flawlessly. Smart Interaction and Durability The Smart Motion Detection is highly responsive, immediately sending app notifications and, critically, offering auto-tracking of any detected movement, ensuring you capture the full event. The integrated two-way audio complements the 360° field of view, allowing for seamless communication or deterrence. Finally, its Durable Design is backed by an IP66 waterproof rating, making it ready for harsh weather. Storage is flexible, supporting both cloud options and up to a 128G Micro SD card (sold separately). Final Verdict The GuardianEye 360 is a powerful, reliable, and feature-rich security camera. It delivers fantastic video quality day and night, smart detection features, and true 360-degree mechanical coverage. It’s an excellent choice for anyone prioritizing comprehensive, hands-off outdoor surveillance. Pros: • True 360° panoramic coverage. • Dual-band (5G/2.4G) Wi-Fi. • Superior color night vision. • IP66 weatherproof rating. Cons: • Requires a constant power source. • Micro SD card not included.

Cute little security camera. It is much smaller, making it harder to detect. However, it is very powerful. I can use it both inside and outside my home. It keeps the entire family safe. I appreciate this product.

Really great camera, even better price

Suzanne April 29, 2026

I was hoping to get a camera to monitor my farm stand. This one was extremely affordable and great because I don’t have to pay a service fee. It was quick and easy to install and the video quality is really good. I would definitely recommend.

only records on 4 of 8 channels

Max June 14, 2025

This system has been in operation for about a month. the quality of cameras video on the app is terrible. I found out today that it only records on 4 of the 8 channels. Although i can see all 8 cameras on the monitor only 4 record to the hard drive. I have put my 10 year old Cobra system back online, it records all 8 channels and has better picture quality. I am very disappointed in the new system and feel i wasted a lot of money.
