I CAME ACROSS THIS BY ACCIDENT AT MY SISTERS HOUSE, I MADE SOME FRIED CHICKEN THAT WAS OMG DELISH! I ASKED HER WHERE SHE GOT IT AND SHE SAID THAT SOMEONE LEFT IT THERE WHEN THEY CAME OVER TO COOK, I CHECKED THE STORES IN MY AREA IN BROOKLYN NO ONE HAD IT.I WENT TO THE WEBSITE, U CAN ORDER BUT ITS EXPENSIVE.I CALLED THE COMPANYS NUMBER IN NEW ORLEANS AND ASKED WHERE TO GET IT, HER LAST WORDS WERE WALMART LOL I WAS LIKE YEPPIE

We use this seasoning a lot in my family and when our local grocery store stopped carrying it, I nearly went into a panic. It's peppery, spicy, and very flavorful. You add enough until your dish is salty enough- not very in my case- and it adds a nice kick of flavor. It's great on vegetables, beef and chicken. We've even used it in a pinch with cumin and chili powder as taco seasoning and it was good.

This spice goes well on so many things it would take all day to name them all, and this is a great deal on a package of 6 of them, cheaper than most stores carry it for, unless it is on sale and then it is still pretty comparable to the average price, but for an item that is increasingly harder to find in the stores, this is a great alternative.
