Instant Roux Mis
This item is the best thing for making gumbo and gravies, unfortunately you can't find it in a store in Sacramento Ca. WalMart has it online and I purchase a case of it. It has saved my life. It is the best item to use when making stews etc., would recommend this to anyone who really cooks
