I love this seasoning and can't find it in any stores near me. I ordered online and received the product within a few days. Couldn't be better.
Love this seasoning I use it on all kinds of fish to make blackened salmon blackened red fish any type of fish. I recently had some friends over said they didn't like salmon and tried it anyway then they said that was one of the best things they had ever tasted.
My dad loves to cook with this stuff. Its also about the only blackened Redfish seasoning you can find on the market! But it has great flavor and is really hard to find locally. I usually shop at Publix but the local Publix was out and all others within 2 hours drive were out also and had no ETA. So I got a great deal, even with shipping, from Walmart!
The best blackening spice that I have found
Let me tell you, take boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sprinkle this on them and put them on the grill, and they are to die for.
Not just for seafood! Delicious as an all-purpose seasoning. I use it as a Creole seasoning for my Louisiana dishes, even for chicken, ribs, potato salad, and eggs. Loads of flavor without the fire.
This seasoning is perfect for fish. It has the right amount of seasoning without a lot of salt. I use it on all types of seafood.
Recently used this for blackened fish tacos and they were a huge hit!! Smelled great and the taste was amazing.
Very versatile for all meats fish and sauces or pastas
Excellent for blackening any type of fish. I do mine in a cast iron skillet on the grill.
