This is exactly what it says, and works out perfectly for the belts that we bought it for. The Hook Swivel to adjust at the angle that you need. I would definitely recommend this product for belts. I cannot say anything about ties or scarfs because I didn't try it for that.
Highly recommend for small spaces. Durably for a Cowgirls Bling belts. Hooks are easy to place where you want, double sided or just single. Purchased (2).
I needed more room in my closet so I got these for all my thin strapped shirts, dresses, and jumpsuits! I have sooooo much room in my closet now, they work so well!
I used to hang my tank tops off a regular hanger. It got real bulky and was bending the plastic hangers. These are so sturdy and such a space saver! I can hang so many tank tops on one!
Very convenient - I had to order another set, I liked the first one so much. One note - you need to keep items balanced, or it will hang crooked. To many items on one side, and it dips and hands incorrectly. So make sure you balance the load!
My daughter has over abundance of bras! When she washes them she uses lots of hangers to hang them to dry. This hanger puts all those other hangers out of the way! Saves on SPACE!
I have limited closet space and so many extra things to hang getting heavy, so I made drawer space by emptying bras and hanging them in the closet!

Very high-end look. The only issue I have had with them is that it is easy to hang the belts on it when it hanging with both ends on the rail. But, when one has used one of the belts and wants to put it back on the hanger they must find an open place on the rail to hang it across to put the belt back on it. It isn't easy to hang the when only one end is on the rail. Other than that, I love it.
Works well for what I needed, but the gap between hooks is small, so bras do not hang neatly as pictured - they fold outward and protrude a bit.
