Works for Leg Cramps
I bought this because I was having horrible leg and feet cramps at night. I had been taking regular magnesium %26 potassium every day, and while I had some relief, I still had cramps that brought me out of bed to stretch my calves. I searched the internet for information, and read about this type of magnesium. So I tried it and was able to stop taking the two other minerals. I haven't had a single leg cramp!
